Filmmaker Laure Quinlivan has documented construction of the new Cincinnati Police District 3 West Side headquarters over a 2 year period. This is the city's first LEED Platinum building, the first time including public art, and the first time engaging citizens. The new District 3 is also the first Net Zero Energy Police Station in the Nation!
